Papa Johns…in Beijing

July 9, 2010

Ok, so I should probably be pretty embarassed to say this, but I ate Papa Johns pizza in Beijing and it was actually a lot of fun and pretty tasty as well. The interesting thing about this particular Papa Johns was that it was an actual sit-down restaurant rather than the typical US drive through. The menu items varied as well- offering thousand island dressing and crab and shrimp pizza toppings- but otherwise it was pretty similar. The taste wasn’t exactly the same, but very close and good enough for what I was looking for. I went with ice cold beer and a half cheese, half veggie pizza. It was perfect.

But how do you say “Better ingredients, better pizza” in Chinese?
