Oat Bran with Almond Butter and Jelly

by Jennifer on August 9, 2009

I’m calling this meal ABJB (Almond Butter with Jelly and oatBran). I got the idea from HEAB’s crazy oatbran eating antics. I had a couple tblsps of Maranatha almond butter left in the jar. I love oatbran with nutbutter of any kind, so I poured some creamy, steamy oats in the near empty almond butter jar. It was the perfect way to get that last bit of nut butter without having to scrape out the jar. I topped off the oats with some all natural strawberry jam to add a little sweetness to the mix. The combination was delicious and the oats kept me full until lunchtime.

Yum! That looks wonderful! I like oats in a jar. It’s the best way to get every last bit of AB.
