I discovered this divine combination this weekend. I had some left-over low fat plain yogurt, but I wanted to add some more bulk and sweetness. This definitely did the trick.

I put a spoonful of raw honey on top with a handful of Nature Path’s Whole O’s and a spoonful of Artisana’s raw almond butter. The uber crunch of the Whole O’s (which are crispy brown rice & corn) and the sweetness of the honey with the nutty undertones of the almond butter make a quick and healthy snack. I have also made some variations of this for breakfast with my greek yogurt, crunchy cereal, nuts, and fruit. Terrific way to start the day.
