I could use a drink. Seriously. My office has been gearing up for some tough litigation and, as far as I’m concerned, we’ve all been concentrating way too hard. This will not do. My brain is swollen and my head hurts. And I feel so jealous every time I see people out at happy hour, laughing and sipping drinks without a care in the world. Early summer calls for cocktails and fresh air and carefree days.
I need some of that. And one of these.
Ingredients: (one cocktail)
3 large strawberries, sliced
2 lemon slices
1/3 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 part Pimm’s
2 parts ginger ale
ice
Directions: Put the strawberries at the bottom of the glass.
Add the ice.
Add the Pimm’s
Then add the ginger ale.
Add the cucumber and lemon.
Give it a good stir.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber and lemon, and a strawberry.
Sip and relax. And try not to think.

The perfect drink on a hot summer day. I’m going to try this out. Thanks for sharing it.
Wow, this one has “Saturday” written all over it! Plus, no one will judge you because it looks just like ice tea!
