Mother’s Day Recipe Ideas

May 7, 2011

mom

Sadly, I will not be spending Mother’s Day with my mom this year. She is halfway across the country spending the holiday with my little sister. If I didn’t know better, I’d begin to wonder if I’ve lost my place as “favorite daughter.” Good thing I know better.

For those of you who are spending the holiday with your mom, I’ve posted a few recipes below that may be helpful to your celebration. I just love the idea of doing a brunch type meal, which is precisely what I would be prepping for today if my mother weren’t rejecting me for my sister.  I am not bitter. I promise.
