Cookies for breakfast?!

May 4, 2009

It sounds too good to be true but it isn’t! The generous folks at Erin Baker’s sent us some their delicious breakfast cookies to try. I sampled the oatmeal rasin and it was delish! It was moist and oatey, full of plump raisins. It was filling enough to eat 1 whole cookie for breakfast, but I decided to split mine and eat 1/2 for snack now and 1/2 for later. The flavor was sweet, maybe a tad too sweet for me, but it was completely satisfying. You will have to try a breakfast cookie for yourself!

I contacted Erin’s Bakers with your question. They said that the best way to get these products is to order online or by phone. However, some grocery stores do carry their products. Not sure where you are located, but check your local grocery or Whole Foods. Or, you could contact the Erin’s Bakers website directly for more info. Hope that helps!
