The sweet folks at the Immaculate Baking Co. sent Jessica and I some cookie samples to bake up. I had actually already tried these cookies and reviewed them for my holiday post Cookies for a Cause (a sad, but honest attempt to justify eating cookies). Last time, I tried the sugar cookies and was very impressed. This time, I went for more decadence. I sampled the Triple Chocolate Chunk (no brainer) and WOW! These cookies are truly impressive! These are not your average store bought cookies. They have a rich, dark chocolate flavor with milk chocolate and white chocolate flecks. They cook up moist, but crispy and are a perfect small dessert size. But, the best thing about these cookies is that the profits go to charity. You can find these delights at your local grocery store!
