Kashi is the new Candy

Kashi’s latest and greatest version of its TLC bars is a culinary marvel.  These fruit and grain bars are smothered with fruit mixes like dark chocolate and coconut, dark chocolate and raspberry, and pumpkin pie.  I know what you are thinking, “are these healthy bars or are they candy bars?” I will tell you they are a delicious combination of both! They are made with all natural ingredients (per Kashi’s usual style) with only 120 calories and about 4 grams of fat per bar, but they are magically moist, chewy, decadent and full of titilating flavors.  They are the perfect guilt free snack or dessert-when you want something sweet that will stick to your bones.  These are miles above Kashi’s other TLC products that tend to be a tad dry and overly grainy (no offense Kashi).  I know you doubt me, chalking up my enthusiasm to my chocolate addiction or my hunger pangs, which is why I suggest you try them for yourself.  You can find them at your local supermarket or online. kashi
