I am a huge fan of So Delicious Coconut Milk Products. So, recently I gave this a try.
I sampled the strawberry with grapenuts on top for crunch. I’m not sure how I feel about it though. The taste was a bit off from the traditional tang (that I very much enjoy) of traditional yogurt. And the texture was thin, almost runny. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t my favorite. Maybe it would be better blended in a smoothie?
That said, it is a great dairy free alternative for those out there who don’t do dairy or are trying to cut back. It’s also vegan and free of soy.

Hi Jennifer! I can’t eat soy and I really like these yogurts. True, they don’t have the bite of dairy-based yogurt, but the blueberry and chocolate flavors are so sweet and delicious, I can give them to my kids and pass them off as dessert! For something more tangy-tasting, you might want to try the strawberry So Delicious coconut milk kefir. It’s wonderful! Both the yogurt and kefir are great sources of probiotics and medium-chain fatty acids, especially for those of us who don’t eat dairy or soy.
Thanks for the tip! I may try the blueberry flavor. The kefir sounds interesting too.
