For a history of our favorite Sriracha/Rooster hot sauce check out today’s article in the NY Times. It looks like this once little known, foreign-made hot sauce has found its place in the hearts and homes of average Americans looking to spice things up! Sriracha is the new ketchup.

I’ll have to read that article. I like Sriracha, but a little goes a very long way. :-)
