From my previous posts, you may have notice my penchant for snack bars of all varieties. I love snack bars because they are quick, easy, inexpensive and healthy. You can carry them in your purse and eat them when you are out and about.
My new favorite bar is the Clif Z Bar! It’s actually a snack bar/energy bar for kids, but its low sugar and calorie content make it an ideal nutritional bar for women too. The “manly” Clif bars have way too many calories for us girls, and I get tired of eating Luna bars all the time, so the Z bar is a perfect snack match!
1 Clif Z bar has 130 calories, 4g fat and 3g fiber. The ingredients are USDA certified organic and the ingredients contain no high fructose corn syrup or transfats. Z bars come in a variety of fun flavors…right now I’m really into the chocolate chip! Zo good!
