Jennifer and I are huge hummus fans. When we got a chance to review some of Sonny & Joe’s Hummus, we jumped at the opportunity! Sonny & Joe’s hummus is a new brand that started in Brooklyn and will hopefully be expanding to your grocery store!

Jennifer: I tried the Babaganoush, Spicy Red Pepper hummus and the Sesame hummus with Tahini. I was impressed by how smooth and creamy the dips were. This hummus was much creamier than any I’d tried before. The flavors were vivid, pungent, smokey and I really loved the spice of the red pepper. The red pepper hummus was definitely my favorite. The hummus was excellent with veggies, pita, crackers, etc. I highly recommend!
Jessica: I tried the Garlic Addiction, Just Hummus, and Hummus Galilee. The Garlic Addiction was just what I wanted- creamy and rich with lots of roasted garlic flavor. If you like Sabra’s Garlic Hummus, you will LOVE this garlic hummus! The garlic was definitely my favorite. The Just Hummus was just as delicious- perfect for spreading on a sandwich or wrap or dipping with whole grain crackers! The Hummus with Olives was also very good- definitely full of olive flavor with bits of olives spread throughout the hummus. Look for Sonny and Joe’s at your supermarket- if they don’t carry it, ask them to, it’s worth it!

Hi! I am one of your local readers. I happened to see this brand, 3 different varieties of it, in the fridge section of my Target last night. The Target in Reston has it, so it may be in other Targets!
pvl- true, I do like to make my own bean dips, but they never turn out as awesome as these spreads
carrie- thanks for letting us know! I will definitely check the target that I go to!
