KISF goes to China!

by Jennifer on July 1, 2010

Dear Keep It Simple Foods readers,

I’m leaving tomorrow to travel in China for the next three weeks. I hope to update this blog regularly with posts of all the exciting and interesting foods I’ll be eating. Check back from time to time to see how successful I am at finding veggie friendly dishes in a a meat-lovers society. Should be an adventure!

hope you’re having a great time. so wild…my husband just spent two weeks in china in June. if you’re in shanghai, be prepared for random people striking up conversations–he toured some museums with english learning university students. and he claims that there were lots of fruits and veggies everywhere he went, I was skeptical myself.

can’t wait to read more!
