JAPONICA

What is it you ask? It’s rice! Delicious black and mahogany rice with a nutty sweet flavor that is a perfect compliment to most dishes. p4020098
We ate ours with broiled fish and kale. It takes about as long too cook as white rice but has tons more flavor! Add a bouillon cube to the rice water if you want even more bang for your buck!

The rice cooks up hearty and chewy. Sticks to your ribs!
