This recipe is so simple it’ll make you cry. Eat with anything and everything.
Ingredients:
1 head butter lettuce, washed and chopped
1 avocado, chopped
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons fresh basil, shredded
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions: Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine. Serve and eat.
Simple. Done.
