Creamy Goat Cheese with Pesto

I love the combination of creamy goat cheese with tangy pesto. The richness of the goat cheese balances out the zest of the pesto. I love to spread both on crackers, veggies or delicious Arnold thins. These make the perfect afternoon snack. Or, if you want a heartier sandwich, add veggies on top (or sliced turkey/chicken if you eat meat).
